Complementing our recent review on the 'Passive' Memory Cooling Kit comes our review on Thermaltakes 'Active' Memory Cooling Kit. If you read the review, you would already know that memory runs hotter than you think. No wonder why people have trouble overclocking - they put giant heatsinks on their overclocked CPU's, but leave the memory modules untouched! Probably a high percentage of stability problems occur because the memory is simply too hot, which can cause data corruption errors. Cooling the memory through the use of heatsinks, heat-spreaders and fans is certainly the way to go.
