A closer look at the heatsinks revealed that they are in fact good quality with very smooth contact areas. The heat spreaders are designed to spread the heat over the ram resulting in more surface area for heat dissipation. The good thing about the kit is that it's heatsinks are also compatible with any type of RAM - useful on high-performance video cards memory. Both the heatsinks and the spreaders have a shiny metallic blue appearance which looks rather cool, and both are very light.Read more
