For people who are considering building a new system, case fans may not be the most vital device in a system, however it is a device that lowers the case temperature and the CPU temperature. The lower the CPU temperature, the higher a user can overclock their CPU. Smart Case Fan II has a top RPM of 4700, which is fast enough to position on top of a CPU heatsink or cool the most extreme case temperatures.
