Aerocools Project 7 P7-C1 Pro case reviewed

Tempered-glass case windows are probably the most popular design choice in PC chassis this year, perhaps even more so than RGB LEDs. Aerocool's Project 7 P7-C1 Pro evolves the design choices of the Project 7 P7-C0 that I reviewed a while back to serve a different kind of builder. The P7-C1 trades away dual tempered-glass side panels in exchange for better top-mounted radiator support, and it offers an improved RGB LED control arrangement to better harmonize its trio of RGB LED fans and front LED accent with other Technicolor components.

AMD Navi spotted in Linux drivers

It appears that next-generation GPU architecture from AMD is already making an appearance in the drivers. AMD NAVI: GFX10 As you might remember, Vega architecture was codenamed GFX9. The next gen would, therefore, be called GFX10 and that's exactly what we can find in the latest Linux driver.

ASUS Tinker Board Review

Dell XPS 13 9560 Review

Today we’re taking a look at the brand new Dell XPS 13 9560. You won't be able to tell from the outside, but the latest XPS 13 has received a single important update compared to the model that launched towards the end of 2016: the move to Intel's 8th-gen Kaby Lake-R processors.

Even though it’s a simple CPU swap, it's a big upgrade for the XPS 13 considering the performance difference between the dual-core Kaby used previously, and the new quad-core parts. Initial testing we performed a few months ago showed performance gains nearing 50%, but of course, we’ll explore more of that later.

SteelSeries Arctis 3 Gaming Headset Review

SteelSeries is a popular Danish manufacturer of PC gaming peripherals and we’ve looked at several of their products here at LegitReviews over the years. In March 2017, I looked at the SteelSeries Arctis 7 Wireless Gaming Headset and came away thoroughly impressed with the design and comfort of the headset, giving it an Editors’ Choice Award. Today, I am looking at the SteelSeries Arctis 3 Gaming Headset, the most basic offering in the Arctis headset lineup. With the Arctis 7 being a great gaming headset that I still use on a regular basis, I am looking forward to seeing what the entry level Arctis 3 ($64.99 shipped) brings to the table.

Top5 AMD B350 motherboards

For $60, the Asrock AB350M can't be beat as the best entry-level B350 board. Apart from the fact that there aren't any cheaper B350 boards available, it wins for the simple fact that it beats everything priced between $60 and $75. In fact, the next best board would be the Pro4 version which packs two extra DIMM slots.

The Asrock AB350M might only offer two DIMM slots but you get a real 3-phase vcore VRM with extra chokes, and M.2 support. The rest of the board is pretty basic but there's nothing inherently bad about the design or feature set and you get a great motherboard for the price.

Those seeking USB Type-C will want the Pro4 version of the AB350M for $75, which also offers display connectivity including DVI, VGA and HDMI for folks who plan to buy an APU.
