Enermax D.F. Storm Super 3500 RPM Case Fan Review

We mostly are well aware of iPPC 3000 RPM from premium brand and admitted their level of performance. The build, the output, the longevity has been excellent. However, high sped industrial case fans are not limited to one manufacturing specific, a famous brand, Enermax, has recently introduced a super high RPM cooling/Case fan for extreme overclocking Rigs and/or servers. Enermax has been very fame for being features oriented along with the performance. The D.F. Strom is Enermax’s new leading high airflow industrial grade case fan, and not only for Enermax, but also for market.

The case fan in the test is the D.F. Storm case fan, featuring super high 3500 Revolution per minute, 12CM, and an adjustable PWM on different speed levels. A black, 120mm fan assist CPU Cooler in dissipating hot air through fins much faster with its high volume of focused air. Having 3500 RPM, the fan takes 1.10 Amperage, while consumes a hefty 13.2W. Additionally, it offers an airflow control at a static pressure of 11.31mm-H20 to ensure better and stronger effect on thermals. However, this is all theoretical talking; the testing result will exhibit the real scenario.

Intel Optane SSD 900P Review: 3D XPoint Unleashed (Update)

We have added the 480GB capacity to the original review, which only included the 240GB drive. The review of the 480GB Optane drive begins on page three. Our conclusions have also been updated on page four.

The time is finally here. You’ve seen 3D Xpoint for the enterprise in our Intel DC P4800X review, and you’ve seen it as a fast cache for the desktop in our Optane Memory Review. But this is the form you’ve really been waiting for: A bootable 3D Xpoint SSD for the desktop. The Intel Optane 900p. Purportedly the fastest consumer SSD known to mankind. It has arrived, and it’s time for us to review what promises to be a massive generational shift in consumer storage.

Kingston HyperX Cloud Alpha Pro Gaming Headset Review

Well for one, I can say this has become my daily go-to headset for not only gaming and such on my PC, but also for use with my mobile devices, such as my phone and iPad Pro. These little things have a lot of sound for the price, which by the way, is only $99 at the time of this review – a steal. The in-line controls are simple and intuitive, the sound is amazing with rich bass and crystal clear mids and highs, and the comfort – well, the comfort is my favorite part. The use of the aluminum frame was a great move by Kingston and the padding is so soft that I do not get fatigue in my ears or neck like I have with other headsets.

Linksys EA9300 Max-Stream AC4000 Tri-Band WiFi Router Review

Today we are looking at a new router from Linksys. The last router we looked at from them was the EA7500 and then have followed up with Velop system. This router steps up the game from the last router though with an extra 5GHz band and therefore, more throughput - when connected with compatible hardware. Marketing claims say that this is about 2x as fast as their previous model, but if you're connected via a single 2.4GHz band, you're still going to be limited. There are more and more wireless devices that take advantage of 802.11ac tri-band options and if you have one of those, you'll get some pretty blistering throughput on your end. If not, you'll simply get great wireless performance on a whole host of devices without slowing any of them down.
The Linksys EA9300 is a MU-MIMO router that supports multiple users with multiple inputs and outputs per client. This should deliver pretty stellar performance for the busiest of home networks.

MSI Z170A Xpower Titanium Modded, Supports Intel Core i3-8350K

The seemingly impossible (as per Intel) has happened: an Intel Z170 motherboard was made to support Intel's latest Core i3-8350K. This news comes after various reports and counter reports went for and against this being actually viable, according to motherboard socket pin count and function allocation. That this happened not on a Z270 motherboard, but on a Z170, really does serve to open our eyes as customers to what sort of games might be being played by tech companies in product refreshes and new motherboard chipsets.

Noctua NH-U9, U12S, U14S TR4-SP3 Threadripper Cooler Review

We review three Noctua CPU coolers designed for Ryzen Threadripper / X399 motherboards with Socket TR4/SP3. All three coolers tested have recently been introduced into the channel with kicks performance and versus some really nice airflow, PWM controlled fan. Noctua is re-using their older model NH-U9 - NH-U12S NH-U14S, however, revamped base cooling base plate and the mounting mechanism to fully cover the Threadripper heat spreader.

Patriot Viper 4 32GB DDR4-3733 Memory Kit Review

We haven’t seen many new memory series from Patriot Memory recently while just before publication of this review Patriot released new, LED DDR4 memory series which we have hope to review in not far future as they look great on the first photos.

However, in this review we will test already popular Patriot Viper 4 memory series. What more it will be top version of this memory rated to run at DDR4-3733. Since there is not available quad channel kit at so high frequency then we will use two dual channel kits based on exactly the same memory IC to show you how it works on the latest HEDT Intel platform, Skylake-X.

I won’t say much more now but some results are for sure interesting so let’s move deeper into the review to find out what I’m talking about.

Seasonic Prime Titanium Fanless 600W PSU Review

Over the years Seasonic have been behind some of the highest grade fanless power supplies on the market. The X-Series 460W and Platinum Fanless 520W bring back some great memories for me. It would be fair to say that Seasonic have taken their time in releasing a modern day successor. Enter their new Prime Titanium Fanless supply – offered in a staggering 600 watt capacity. Is this one of the finest power supplies of 2017? I would go as far to say that it is quite possibly one of the finest power supplies ever made.
