It is difficult to describe this game in a few paragraphs. In one layer, it is a game that has you designing and ruling a small island nation. Sounds easy enough. Problem is these people you are ruling are bigger whiners then Al Gore supporters. It is not easy to keep them happy. They constantly want new elections. They also want housing and if you do not provide them with that, they will build ugly shanties. They want good paying jobs. They want churches, health care, recreation, schools, etc. Everything listed is understandable but difficult to provide quick enough.
