Total Idea Software has released a new version of their Windows XP tweaking utility.

What's new in v1.23:

- Improved RAM Optimization
- System-Folder Bug solved - caused some Installers not to work propperly
- Tweak-XP was prepared to handle non unicode translations (greek etc.)
- Updated Pop-Up Blocker list
- Updated Matrox G400 tweak
- @Home-Network modem tweaks added
- language files updated to work with unicode
