Assume that you install update 2805940 on a computer that is running Windows 8 or Windows Server 2012. When you open a Microsoft Office file that contains an embedded Shockwave Flash object in Microsoft Office PowerPoint 2007, PowerPoint 2010, Microsoft Office Word 2007, Word 2010, Microsoft Excel 2007, or Excel 2010, you may receive an error message. When this error occurs, the corresponding application may shut down unexpectedly.
