Saw over NeoWin that Microsoft has released a new update for the SBSI training program and Windows XP

SYMPTOMS
You may receive one of the following error messages if you are not an Owner, Administrator, or Power User and you start the Step-by-Step Interactive (SBSI) training program:

Access to C:WindowsHelpSBSITrainingDatabaseUsers.dbf was denied.
'C:WINDOWSHelpSBSITrainingDatabaseUSERS.dbf'
Contact your System Administrator for assistance.

Error Opening Database:
Access to .DatabaseUSERS.dbf was denied.
