NXP101 has a few capabilities that would definitely fits the bill. As an independent device, it is able to monitor 3 temperatures using probes attached to your CPU (near it), Hard disk and system temperature. It also has a well lit LCD display panel which shows your real time temperature and fan speed. There is also an audio alarm warning if your system overheats. Another plus point is that you can control the CPU fan speed to reduce the noise generated by the CPU fan.Read more
