The fans are also thermally controlled. Therefore, when case temperatures reach a certain point, fan RPM speeds up and more air is pushed to bring temperatures down. In testing, this feature worked quite well. My case has excellent airflow, and the fans in the psu were making very little noise. I unplugged all my case fans, and in a matter of minutes, I could hear the psu pushing more air.Read more
