VIA has released new 1.10 USB drivers

The follow fixes are included according to the readme file:

Adds support for Windows XP.
Fix the issue where USB devices will be reenumerated when system resumes from Standby mode.

We have already had a couple of emails saying this new driver has helped with large file transfers over the user's USB port.
