Overclockers New Zealand has posted a review of VIA P4PB400-FL P4X400 Motherboard.

The BIOS also allows you to set memory voltage (2.6v ~ 2.8v) and AGP voltage (1.6v ~ 1.8v), and both in 0.1v increment. The DRAM clock option is the most interesting part where you can run the memory by speed or forced the system to run at 133 Mhz, 166 Mhz, or even 200 Mhz. Don't get too exited about the 200Mhz (DDR400) setting as it may or may not work. In our case, it failed. The machine refuses to boot at DDR400 memory mode.
