NmLism wrote a program which allow to change the refresh rate of the Voodoo 5 under Windows 2000.

I know there are lots of people out there that have problems with
the refresh rate of their Voodoo5 boards under Win2000 when running OpenGL/Glide/Direct3D based games, because on some systems you can´t it higher than the standard 60Hz. My system was also affected, and after searching the web i found a (little difficult) way to fix this by changing registry entries. I decided to write a program for this,
and here it is.
