AMD FX-9590 & FX-9370 Review
The FX-9370 acted in all respects like the FX 9590 when it came to overclocking and reached almost as high, albeit using a bit more voltage to get the job done. As a slower chip out of the gate, there was more overclocking headroom available to improve performance, where the FX-9590 only had 368MHz worth of overhead. Ultimately, I had to settle for a thermally limited 5016MHz, or 616MHz bump, over the base clock speed of 4.4GHz. All other settings in the BIOS were equal to that of the FX-9590, but the FX-9370 needed 1.54v to break the 5GHz barrier. As far as looking for a lot of room on these chips, AMD found most of it when it binned these samples out. Both chips could easily boot to 5.2GHz and do screenshots, but for full-on testing and stability, I stuck with the numbers you see here.Read full article @ OCC

HIS Radeon R9 290 iPower IceQ X2 OC Video Card Review
Since AMD announced their GPU 14 R9 series video cards, AIB partners have been tweaking and tuning their own aftermarket designs. In this article, Benchmark Reviews tests the HIS Radeon R9 290 iPower IceQ X2 OC 4GB video card (Model# H290QMC4GD). As the name suggests, this particular model features the high end IceQ X2 cooler from the HIS labs and slightly faster Core and Memory speeds. I have seen the evolution of this cooler first hand and I know it to be fully capable. Two 89mm dual axial fans and five heatpipes ensure that your temperatures will stay well within safe limits with the minimum amount of noise, even during overclocking.Read full article @ Benchmark Reviews
In Win S-Frame
The In Win S-Frame is what you get when a case designer has fun with nearly no limitations. Constructed of a single, 4 mm thick Aluminum sheet and hand folded 15 times, the chassis weighs in at nearly 18 kg and 800 USD. With all these attributes, the question presents itself, if the S-Frame can pull off looking like a star when equipped with hardware.Read full article @ techPowerUp

The KingFast Encrypted USB Key comes in 8GB, 16GB or 32GB capacities and for securing the internal data we have a keypad available, while the data stored is encrypted on the drive. Internal data encryption can be disabled if needed but after this procedure the data on the drive and password will be erased so the contents must be saved on another medium before the operation.Read full article @ Madshrimps

Overclocking Intels Pentium G3258 Anniversary Edition processor
This new Pentium is an unlocked dual-core CPU based on the latest 22-nm Haswell silicon. I ran out and picked one up as soon as they went on sale last week. The list price is only 72 bucks, but Micro Center had them on sale for $60. In other words, you can get a processor that will quite possibly run at clock speeds north of 4GHzâwith all the per-clock throughput of Intel's very latest CPU coreâfor the price of a new Call of Shooty game.Read full article @ The Tech Report
Rapoo 8900P Advanced Wireless Mouse & Keyboard Combo Review
We all know looking for a perfect keyboard and mouse for everyday tasks can sometimes be a pain. Not many companies focus on some of the basic needs of most users out there. Most of the time if the product is not gaming related than it is going to be cheaply made and has some weird flower designs. Rapoo has been the number one wireless keyboard and mouse company in China for the past few years and has won numerous I.F. awards. They focus on only wireless devices, and today we are going to be taking a look at their 8900P Advanced Wireless Mouse and Keyboard combo.Read full article @ ThinkComputers.org
Samsung 850 Pro 512GB Review
The 850 Pro is Samsung's new flagship consumer SSD, and the follow-up to the wildly popular 840 Pro, which was one of the best performing SSDs money could buy when it launched in September 2012. We're reviewing the 512GB model here which is priced at £232 (US$399, around AUD$420).Apart from a small change from an orange logo to red, the 850 Pro's product packaging and the metallic shell of the drive look just like the older model. It has identical dimensions, including a height of 6.8mm, which ensures it will fit into the smallest of laptops, and a similar diamond-cut chamfered edge.Likewise, the drive is still based on 2-bit MLC NAND flash memory. But under the hood, Samsung has introduced a few performance-boosting enhancements. The MEX controller has received a 100MHz speed bump, to 400MHz, but the headline new feature is 3D V-NAND flash memory, Samsung's proprietary 3D technology, where the memory chips are layered vertically, as well as horizontally.Read full article @ Techradar
Watch Dogs Graphics And Game Play: PC versus Xbox One, With Surprising Results
Normally, the question of whether a game runs better on the PC or a console is a no-brainer -- at least, for PC users. Watch Dogs, however, with its problematic PC play, challenges that concept. And since the gap between consoles and PCs is typically smallest at the beginning of the console generation, we decided to take the Xbox One out for a head-to-head comparison against the PC with this long-awaited title.Read full article @ HotHardware.com

Watch Dogs Graphics And Game Play: PC versus Xbox One, With Surprising Results
Watch Dogs review: tested with 32 GPUs
Watch Dogs is a recently released Ubisoft title for which expectations were high. An open world game in a similar vein to Grand Theft Auto, featuring next-gen graphics and the innovative ability to accomplish your goals by means of hacking – in addition to the default arsenal of more conventional violence, of course. We tested it using 32 different GPUs.Read full article @ Hardware.Info
The Watch Dogs hype was strong, which is probably part of the reason why the reviews were a little disappointing. Metacritic reports an aggregate score of 78 points for the PC version, whereas Game Rankings is at 76.17%. These are disappointing scores in the rather strange world of game reviews. Some of the criticisms focused on the somewhat poorly developed story lines, but there were also plenty of complaints directed at the game's performance.
