Sudhian Media has published a review on a water cooling solution for the Pentium M

So what can you do with a Pentium M? Well, should you choose to use the DFI 855GME and want to overclock, it gets awfully toasty using the sorry excuse for a heatsink they include with the board. If you want to get really serious, water cooling is the way to go. The problem is that unlike the AOpen board, which uses the stock Pentium4 retention bracket, the DFI has 4 holes that don't match up with any current heatsink. What they do happen to match, with their 41mm side to side distance, is an AMD north bridge sink. The kind folks at Swiftech make a block which fits those dimensions, and is absolutely overkill for a typical NB. But is it enough for a processor, even one with "mobile" roots? There's only one way to find out.
