Mad Catz Cyborg RAT 9 Wireless Gaming Mouse Review
Benchmark Reviews posted a review on the Mad Catz Cyborg RAT 9 Wireless Gaming Mouse

Since the consumer computer mouse was introduced in the early 1980s, we've seen design innovations like the scroll wheel (1995), the wireless mouse and optical mouse sensor (2001), and the laser-based mouse sensor (2005). Various companies have added extra programmable buttons, internal LED lighting, and even built-in fans to cool your sweaty hands. Today's gamers have a plethora of high-performance gaming mice to choose from. Is there anything else left to innovate? Mad Catz thinks so, and Benchmark Reviews checks out their latest mouse, the Mad Catz Cyborg R.A.T. 9 wireless gaming mouse, to see if they're right.

Arctic Sound P531 Headset Review
OCIA.net has posted their review of the Arctic Sound P531 Headset

Love them or hate them, headphones / earphones are generally needed at some point. Depending on your living arrangements, it is quite possible you wear them a lot. If I am not gaming, I let the sound pass through my normal system. However, once I start gaming I throw on my old earphones so I don't disturb others around me. My gaming earphones have always been my old cheap Logitechs that pass over the ears and have a microphone. I have a separate set that I use for travel and music, which are the Bose QC2's. Arctic Cooling sent over their premium gaming headset for evaluation, the Arctic Sound P531. This headset is USB driven, has 5.1 channel surround and a sub-woofer built in.

Zalman VF3000A Review
OCC has published a review on the Zalman VF3000A

The Zalman VF3000A was a breeze to install, operated quietly, and provided the best temperatures out of all the cooling solutions tested. The Fan Mate 2 gets a little warm since it is basically just a variable resistor in a nice package, but it worked flawlessly nonetheless.

Earjax Bump Earphones Review
Bona Fide Reviews takes a look at the Earjax Bump Earphones

Today for review I’ve got a nice set of earbuds from a company called Earjax. The earbuds are called the Bump, and with a name like that you’d expect good bass and that’s what you’ll get. The Bump are nicely made and are very comfortable to wear, but the best part is that they’re inexpensive.

HP TouchSmart 310 Review
TechReviewSource.com posted a review on the HP TouchSmart 310

The multitouch TouchSmart 310 from HP has a lot to be happy about, including a 20-inch widescreen display, a 2.5GHz AMD Athlon X4 CPU and 6GB of RAM. It also has a sleek design that looks great in a kitchen or family room. The multimedia features that HP includes are also well-worth the price, which is also quite reasonable.

Kingston SSDNow V+100 128GB SSD Review
Legit Reviews posted a review on the Kingston SSDNow V+100 128GB SSD

Kingston has rolled out their SSDNow V+100 SSD series which they claim is 25% faster than its predecessor even though it utilizes the same Toshiba controller. This drive has TRIM support for Windows 7 users and 'always-on' garbage collection for those running older operating systems like Windows Vista and XP. Check out the article to see how the SSDNow V+100 does in both synthetic and real world benchmarks!

As far as performance goes, the V+100 performance exceeded my expectations that were based on experience with the earlier drives with the same controller. Kingston and Toshiba have done a really nice job on reworking the firmware to get a nice performance boost. Their "always on" and OS independent garbage collection is more aggressive and can help mitigate the performance degradation of long-term use on a system that does not support TRIM. This said, if you are running RAID array(s), Mac OS X, or a Windows version prior to 7, this drive was made with you in mind as all of those do not support TRIM...

DeepCool Ice Matrix 600 CPU / Processor Cooler Review
Tweaknews posted DeepCool Ice Matrix 600 CPU / Processor Cooler Review

Deepcool's Ice Matrix 600, like its little brother the 400, is a great looking tower cooler that installs easily and comes with a quiet fan and a lot of nice accessories. It cools a bit better than the 400, but I expected a more significant performance increase.

Sparkle Calibre X480 GeForce GTX 480 Video Card Review
ThinkComputers.org posted a review on the Sparkle Calibre X480 GeForce GTX 480 Video Card

With the release of NVIDIA’s GeForce GTX 580 a couple of weeks ago the GTX 480 is no longer the top of the line card offered from NVIDIA, but there are still quite a few different GTX 480’s available and many of the GTX 580’s are still the reference build. Today we will be looking at the Calibre X480 from Sparkle, which is a GeForce GTX 480 video card that is slightly factory overclocked at 752MHz core (700MHz stock), 1536MB GDDR5 clocked at 3800MHz (3696MHz stock) and 1504MHz shaders (1401MHz stock). The MUKii TransImp dock will accommodate hard drives up to 2TB with SATA III capability. And with the new SuperSpeed USB 3.0 interface, file transferspeeds are no longer bottlenecked on a hard drive. Moving big files, archiving files, and drive imaging can now happen far quicker than before. So we've got speed in a compact form; what's not to love?

Today I’ve got a brief review for you of an inexpensive set of earbuds from a company called Earjax. The earbuds are called the Tonic, and they sound fairly decent, but a bit muffled really. Motorola Droid R2D2 Edition Review
TestFreaks posted a review on the Motorola Droid R2D2 Edition

The Motorola Droid is undoubtedly one of the most popular Android phones on the market today, for good reason it’s a great phone. The Droid name is taken from Star Wars so it’s no surprise that they released an R2D2 themed phone complete with special edition live and still wallpaper and the phone of course aesthetically looks like that famous little droid. I’ve already fully reviewed the Motorola Droid 2, so this isn’t exactly as in-depth of a review, but it does focus on the special Star Wars parts of the phone. So read on to check it out…

After being pleasantly surprised by Arctic Cooling’s first entry into the mouse market, the M551, I was looking forward to testing the M571. I was very interested to see what they did with the M571 to differentiate the two models and justify the additional $5 for it. So without further ado let’s take a look at the features.

NZXT Phantom Full Tower review
The Guru of 3D posted a review on the NZXT Phantom Full Tower

We review the NZXT Phantom. Absolutely stunning in many ways as the design is simply great, the features are grand and then the extras still need to kick in. What about a 5-fold fan controller connected to a plethora of pre-equipped fans? Yep, a fan controller in the chassis, something we have been requesting for years.

The NZXT Phantom is a full tower case with an excess of room for just about anything you'd like to install in there.

Panasonic DMP-BD655 Blu-ray Disc Player Review
TestFreaks posted a review on the Panasonic DMP-BD655 Blu-ray Disc Player

It’s about time I upgraded my Blu-Ray player I think, and Geeks.com has come through for me by sending a very nice Panasonic unit for review. My current Blu-Ray player is an older model from Sony with not many features at all, and with very slow load times. Today for review I’ve got the Panasonic model DMP-BD655 Blu-Ray player that features fast boot and load times along with Viera Cast online features like Twitter, Netflix and even Amazon Video to just name a few. The unit is small and lightweight and I’m happy with it overall, but there are a few tweaks I’d like to see done to it.
