Whistler build 2267, which a few Microsoft (Nasdaq: MSFT) partners and testers have downloaded in the past couple of weeks, is slightly more stable than the 2257 alpha release, widely circulated in August. But 2267 is a far cry from even Beta 1 quality, testers said.
