WindowBlinds lets users completely customize the Windows user interface. It can change your title bars, push buttons, scroll bars, borders, radio buttons, Start bar, and virtually every other part of Windows. It works by applying skins. There are thousands of WindowBlinds skins available that can make Windows look like everything from Mac OS to Linux to something completely new. It turns Windows 98, ME, and 2000 into fully skinnable operating systems. On Windows XP, it integrates natively into the Windows XP visual style engine and extends it to support new features and increase performance via hardware acceleration. Version 3.4 has a host of new features, enhanced performance under nVidia cards (if they're using Detonator drivers), and compatibility fixes. It also includes more visual styles.
