Microsoft has released an update for Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 19013 to Windows Insiders in the Fast ring

This update includes a fix for the issue with Remote Desktop where DWM would start crashing and the session window would either go totally black, experience black flashes, or sign out of the remote desktop session altogether.
