Microsoft has just released the latest Windows 10 preview build 14295 for the PC and Mobile platforms to members of the Insider program on the Fast ring

The Windows 10 Mobile version includes all of the devices that Microsoft has approved for the Insider program except for the Lumia 635, which will be included at a later date.
