This is actually a quite useful folder, contrary to what some might think. The mouse tab will enable the user to adjust the menu speed in which various menus, such as the Start menu, will popup. I suggest moving the arrow to the far left to enable the highest possible speed to give the appearance of a faster Window´s environment, as well as save a few seconds of time for those of you with extremely short patience. The mouse sensitivity levels can be adjusted according to the users own clicking style, but I personally leave mine at the default settings. If, of course, your mouse is equipped with a wheel I highly recommend you keep the option for mouse wheel scrolling support enabled so you can continue readng without having to look over and drag the page down. Scroll by however many lines at a time you feel comfortable with, I like to scroll with 3 or 4 lines coming down at a time. Leave the X-Mouse feature disabled unless you have one of those mice, as it does take up some resources.Read more
