Microsoft has today released an update to the core set of apps provided with Windows 8 and Windows RT. The update appears to address performance and reliability across the board as well as some other tweaks here and there.Windows 8 core apps updated
It’s no secret that Microsoft has been trying to iterate the current set of core apps in Windows 8 since launch. Seeing as many of these apps form a core part of the experience, added functionality here makes a real difference in real use.
