The Microsoft marketing machine has been grinding for months hoping to get “Windows XP” in the mind of all computer users out there, and the anticipation of its release has gotten to a fever pitch. With many computer magazines devoting cover stories to Windows XP and the general internet hubbub over the launch, it might well seem like Windows XP is a revolutionary OS.
