Cougar RX Series 500W 80 PLUS PSU Review @ TechnologyX
The Cougar brand has been around for just over five years and has already made a significant impact in the gaming community, not only because of the quality products that are created for a very competitive price, but for their elaborate designs and color palette on nearly all cougar products. One can spot a Cougar product from its competitors simply by the orange and black colour design, whether it be a computer case, fan, or power supply unit. Cougars mandate has always been to provide innovative and cutting edge products while deviating from the traditional black box-like computer hardware that has been around for decades, while still maintaining competitive price-points. To further this point, we present the 500W Cougar RX Series 80+ PSU, which targets the needs and functionality of first-time builders and gamers alike.Read more: Cougar RX Series 500W 80 PLUS PSU Review @ TechnologyX
Jaybird Bluebuds X Bluetooth Headphone Review @ TechnologyX
There is nothing better than latching on to a piece of technology that just makes sense. In the case of today's look at the Jaybird Bluebuds X Bluetooth headphones, the first question that came to mind was that of why I hadn't grabbed a set of wireless headphones sooner. After all, I have had headphone cords hanging from my ears ,at least during some point of each day, for as long as I can remember. Ahhhh...but I found another unique benefit as well.Read more: Jaybird Bluebuds X Bluetooth Headphone Review @ TechnologyX
MSI Z87-G41 PC Mate Motherboard Review @ HiTech Legion
Budget conscious? Many of us are, even though our leaders claim that the economy has made a full recovery. Funny but I haven’t had a raise in 5 years due to the recession/depression that still seems to be looming over everyone despite what our illustrious leaders claim. I actually blame the demise of the desktop and rise of the tablet on the economy. Consumers would love to think that their purchase is going to last forever but that is fiction. Nothing lasts forever and nothing is truly future proof. Apple, Samsung and other manufacturers of mobile products would like you to believe this since everything mobile requires cloud storage to save anything. This leads the average consumer to believe their product is future proof because if it could be shared on multiple devices since it’s somewhere out in cyberspace there is no need to save documents on a hard drive. Answer this question, then why do Apple, Samsung and the others have to keep on producing stronger products every 6 months to a year? Doesn’t future proof mean a lifetime?Read more: MSI Z87-G41 PC Mate Motherboard Review @ HiTech Legion
Suddenly a $600.00 desktop computer seems to be too expensive but is it? Most consumers replace their desktop computers every five years, when broken down the cost of owning a desktop is only $120.00 a year. After a little internet searching it seems that most people who have purchased a tablet or smart phone in the last three years have replaced theirs 1.25 times. Considering the cost of a tablet and a smart phone as well as a data service plan or a phone commitment. These items over the course of five years is about quadruple what a desktop computer will cost. Wait, there is more, how about the lack of secure storage of your personal documents that only a hard drive can provide. Don't think because Google tells you your documents are safe that a hacker isn't trying to crack their firewall right now. Truth is you can still build a desktop computer with inexpensive parts and get more for your money in the long run.
Jabra MOTION Bluetooth Headset @ NikKTech
One of the most time consuming and hard trials of the past 5 years or so has been for me to try and find a Bluetooth wireless headset that can be used while riding on a bike or with the top of my cabrio car down. Something like that may sound a bit funny considering the vast number of wireless headsets in the market especially since most claim to offer plenty of volume combined with some short of wind-filter that makes it very easy for both ends to communicate even in places with lots of wind but to date only one has really worked well enough in such environments and that's no other than the latest Voyager Legend by Plantronics. Well good enough however is not enough for us and so although the Voyager Legend has been our "weapon" of choice for the past year or so we feel that there's still room for improvement and to that end for the past week we've been testing the latest Bluetooth wireless headset by Jabra, the MOTION.Read more: Jabra MOTION Bluetooth Headset @ NikKTech
Cooler Master N600 Review @ OCC
Over the years, Cooler Master has been known for a wide variety of products - power supplies, fans, CPU coolers, and gaming peripherals - but for me the first thing that comes to mind is the wide range of Cooler Master cases. From the HAF and COSMOS series monster cases down to the LAN box, Cooler Master has a case for you. Recently I reviewed the N200 and it is really a nice little case packed with features.Read more: Cooler Master N600 Review @ OCC
At the other end of the spectrum is the N600. This is a mid tower case with even more features. If you are a fan of liquid cooling and many fan mounting locations, you will love this case. Ever seen a side radiator? Well, this case supports it. Up to 280mm on top and 240mm on the side.

Red Aluminum Shine Cover for HTC One Review @ Review the Tech
So I’ve got another review of a case for the HTC One, yes I’ve got a lot of them, and this one an oddly named one, it’s actually called the HTC One Shine Aluminum Cover, which to me just sounds weird, but hey, whatever. It’s a case and that’s all we need to know I guess right? The case is thin with a red aluminum back and a soft inner lining. The price is under $15, and overall it’s not a bad case, it covers the back and sides and leaves the top and bottom fully open. So read on…Read more: Red Aluminum Shine Cover for HTC One Review @ Review the Tech
SoundWave II Bluetooth Speaker Phone Review @ DragonSteelMods
Mobile phone accessories are a big business obviously, especially Bluetooth, you’ll find plenty of them out there. One of the more popular items is speakers, why? Well because sometimes the speaker in your phone just isn’t that good or that loud, so you need something better. Today for review I have the SoundWave II Bluetooth speaker but it’s also a speakerphone so you can use it for music or to answer phones calls. This little speaker is very well made, and it’s loud and clear ever at high volumes. The SoundWave II is Bluetooth but it also has a standard 3.5mm jack so you can use it with devices that don’t have Bluetooth, so it’s a versatile little gadget for sure. The battery life is excellent offering up to ten hours of music or talk time and an amazing 800 hours of standby time! SO read on to learn more…Read more: SoundWave II Bluetooth Speaker Phone Review @ DragonSteelMods
Avantree Saturn Bluetooth Music Adapter Review @ TestFreaks
Bluetooth is found everywhere it seems, in speakers, phones, tablets and our computers but there are a lot of things that still don’t have Bluetooth. For example, my favorite set of earphones is the Future Sonics Atrio M5s and they’re wired so I’m sort of stuck being attached to whatever audio source I’m using. There are ways to make them wireless and one of them is what I have for review today, the Avantree Saturn Bluetooth Music Adapter that allows you to use any wired headphones wirelessly. The Saturn though can do more than that, it actually has two modes, one for transmitting and one for receiving. The receiving option is for like my example, I can turn any set of headphones or even speakers into a wireless audio device to stream audio to. The transmitting option allows you to turn any non-Bluetooth device into a Bluetooth one. I’ve tested both modes and it certainly exceeded my expectations and worked perfectly in both modes. So read on to learn more abut a very useful little gadget…Read more: Avantree Saturn Bluetooth Music Adapter Review @ TestFreaks
