BCCHardware has posted a review on the Zalman Fatal1ty FS-C77 CPU Cooler

Zalman has been making quiet coolers longer than most other manufacturers, and with their often radical designs they have been able to make quiet coolers that have great performance as well. The CNPS9500 LED is an example of a work of art that offers very quiet performance. Today we are looking at a new cooler from Zalman that doesn't use heatpipes. Instead this monster relies on massive amounts of copper and a large fan to keep things cool and hopefully quiet to boot. This cooler packs the branding of "Fatal1ty" the CPL gamer who has won a bunch of tournaments. We'll also see how Zalman has flavored this cooler for Fatal1ty.

With the release of the last two coolers from Zalman, it seems that they are focusing on performance first and then making sure it's quiet enough to be called Zalman. Keep in mind that this cooler doesn't pack along the CNPS (Computer Noise Prevention System). It seems that it's meant for performance and not just silencing your computer. They could have made it more CNPS-like if they had included a fan controller, but now I'm getting ahead of myself.
